MA Fitness Express on the Go!
MA Fitness Express held a Stretch Therapy and Wellness sip for our SilverSneaker and Silver & Fit members focused on mobility stretches.
In partnership with the City of Montgomery, MA Fitness Express participated as a team and as a vendor at the 2026 Bunny Hop 5K run in April.
In partnership with the State of AL, MA Fitness Express participated as a vendor at the Juneteenth Health and Heritage Fair in June 2025.
